About MooseTraxx in Your Meeting
You're here because someone in your meeting is using MooseTraxx and shared this page with you. This page explains, in plain language, what MooseTraxx does during the meeting and what it never does.
What MooseTraxx is
MooseTraxx is a meeting collaboration tool that one participant — the meeting host or organizer — runs on their own computer. It analyzes the meeting in real time and gives that person live guidance to help the meeting stay on track: staying on agenda, hearing from everyone, and reaching the meeting's goal. No bot or extra "participant" joins your call.
What happens to meeting audio
- Audio is processed live and never stored. MooseTraxx analyzes the conversation as it happens to generate its guidance and scoring. There is no recording you can play back later, because none exists.
- Processed text is deleted within 24 hours. During the meeting, a working text version of the conversation exists so the analysis can function. It is automatically deleted within 24 hours and is used only to prepare a summary for the subscriber.
- No voice profiles. No voiceprints. No biometric data. MooseTraxx tells voices apart within a single meeting using anonymous labels like "Speaker 1" and "Speaker 2." Those labels identify no one, are never connected to a name, and are deleted with the meeting. "Speaker 1" in this meeting has no connection to any speaker in any other meeting.
- Your identity is not collected. If you are not a MooseTraxx subscriber, we do not collect your name, email address, or any identifying information. No permanent record of your participation exists.
- Your meetings never train AI. Nothing from your meeting is used to train MooseTraxx's or its providers' AI models. This is contractually required of every provider we use.
What MooseTraxx never does
- Never joins your meeting as a bot or visible participant
- Never stores a recording of your meeting
- Never keeps a permanent copy of what was said
- Never creates voiceprints or any biometric identifier
- Never sells or shares meeting content with advertisers or data brokers
- Never uses your meeting to train AI models
Who is responsible for notice
The MooseTraxx subscriber in your meeting is responsible for letting participants know the tool is active — that is why you received the message that brought you here. Before every session, the subscriber must certify inside the application that participants have been informed. That certification is logged.
If you have concerns about MooseTraxx being used in a meeting you're part of, raise them with the person hosting the meeting. If you have questions for us, contact privacy@moosetraxx.com.
