Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the terms for refunds and cancellations for the MooseTraxx service operated by MooseTraxx, LLC ("MooseTraxx," "we," "us," or "our"). All purchases are processed by Paddle.com, which serves as our Merchant of Record.

1. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time, and you will retain full access to the Service through the end of your current billing period. No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for unused time remaining in a billing cycle.

Example: If your billing date is the 15th and you cancel on the 5th, you will continue to have access until the 15th. No refund will be issued for the remaining 10 days.

2. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions may be refunded within 14 days of the initial purchase or the most recent annual renewal date, provided you have used fewer than 10 hours of facilitation time during the refundable period.

If you request a refund within 14 days and meet the usage requirement, you will receive a full refund of the annual subscription fee. Refund requests submitted after the 14-day window or exceeding the 10-hour usage threshold will not be honored.

After the 14-day window, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel your annual subscription at any time, and you will retain access to the Service through the end of your current annual billing period.

3. Add-On Hour Packs

Purchases of 5-hour add-on packs ($10 each) are non-refundable under all circumstances, regardless of whether the hours have been used. Pack hours do not expire and remain available in your account until consumed.

4. Grace Period Extensions

Grace period extensions (5-hour bonus allotments granted when Professional plan users exceed their monthly hours) are provided at no charge and are non-refundable. Grace extensions are limited to 2 per account lifetime.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for an eligible annual subscription:

  1. Email privacy@moosetraxx.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include the email address associated with your MooseTraxx account
  3. We will verify your eligibility (purchase date and usage) and process eligible refunds within 10 business days

Since Paddle is our Merchant of Record, refunds are processed through Paddle's payment systems. The refund will be returned to your original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider but typically take 5–10 business days after approval.

If you cancel and later wish to resubscribe, you may do so at any time through moosetraxx.com. Your account history and any remaining add-on pack hours will be preserved.

7. Termination by MooseTraxx

If we terminate your account without cause, we will provide a prorated refund for any prepaid, unused subscription period. If we terminate your account for violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be provided.

8. EU/UK Consumer Rights

If you are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase for digital content. By using the Service during the withdrawal period, you acknowledge that you may lose this right of withdrawal once the digital content has been fully delivered. Paddle, as the Merchant of Record, handles withdrawal requests in accordance with applicable EU/UK consumer protection laws.

9. Price Changes

If we increase subscription pricing, the new price takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle following at least 30 days' notice. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel before the new pricing takes effect and receive access through the end of your current paid period at the original price.
