Participant Notice
Someone in your meeting is using MooseTraxx. Here's what that means — and why it's different from every other AI meeting tool you've encountered.
What is MooseTraxx?
MooseTraxx is a meeting performance tool. It works in the background during Google Meet calls, providing real-time guidance to the person using it — helping them run a more focused, productive meeting.
There is no bot in your meeting. No recording. No transcript stored on a server somewhere. MooseTraxx runs as a browser extension on the subscriber's computer, analyzes what's happening in the moment, and then deletes it. When MooseTraxx is active, an automated notification is posted in the meeting chat so all participants are informed.
What we do NOT do
This is where MooseTraxx is fundamentally different from other AI meeting tools.
- No recording. MooseTraxx does not record audio or video. No audio file is ever created, saved, or stored.
- No transcripts kept. Audio is analyzed in real-time, then permanently deleted. No permanent transcript exists.
- No participant identification. We do not track your name, email address, or voice. We count the number of people in the meeting — a number only. We do not track who said what, how much anyone spoke, or create voice profiles of any kind.
- No data sold or shared. Your meeting content is never sold, shared with advertisers, or used to train AI models.
- No playback possible. Because we never create a recording, there is nothing to play back, search, or retrieve after the meeting ends.
Most AI meeting tools are built around a simple idea: record everything, store it, search it later. We're built around the opposite idea. We process and discard — analyze in the moment, then delete. The goal isn't to document your meetings. It's to make them better while they're happening.
What data exists after the meeting
- Audio: Gone. It was never stored.
- Processed text: Temporarily retained solely to generate the subscriber's optional post-meeting summary, then automatically deleted within 24 hours.
- Meeting metadata: If the subscriber has opted in, we store a meeting effectiveness score, meeting duration, participant count, and meeting type (for example, "decision meeting" or "brainstorm"). No meeting content, no names, no conversation details.
How this is different from other meeting tools
You may have encountered tools that join your call as a visible bot, record your conversations, store transcripts indefinitely, or use your data to train AI models.
MooseTraxx does none of these things.
All data is encrypted in transit. MooseTraxx operates exclusively on SOC 2 Type II certified infrastructure and services. Our providers are contractually prohibited from retaining your data or using it for model training.
